However, what we don't love is the long list of ingredients in your typical bar and how little chocolate you get. That's why we've made it our mission to craft chocolate differently.
Unlike most chocolate producers in the UK who rely on imported chocolate, we start from scratch with organic Peruvian cocoa beans.
It takes roughly three days to create a batch of our chocolate bars, with the first two and a half days dedicated to grinding the beans to achieve the ultimate smoothness and melt-in-your-mouth texture. On the final day, we add our natural flavour ingredients before moulding, packaging, and shipping our chocolate.
We take pride in the simplicity of our ingredients, with our base chocolate containing only cocoa, milk, and sugar.
At Juthan we never use emulsifiers, gluten-based products, artificial flavours, or palm oils in any of our chocolates.
Our process is more complex, but the result is a superior chocolate taste experience that's hard to beat.
